Your 2010 Accomplishments...
As we are now approaching the end of 2010, which I’m sure to many of us has flown by, it’s time to take a moment to reflect on our accomplishments of 2010.
The core philosophy of Experience Nutrition and integrative nutrition is that good nutrition depends upon food and lifestyle. Within lifestyle, the keys are career, exercise, relationship, and self care. So, as you are thinking about your accomplishments in 2010, they may be in any or all of these areas.
I invite you, right now, to take a moment, light a candle, sit quietly, take a breath, and reflect on your #1 overall accomplishment in 2010.
Now, go a little further, and reflect on your #1 accomplishment in each of the areas of integrative nutrition:
- Food
- Career
- Exercise
- Relationship
- Self Care

My number 1 accomplishments that I would reflect on would be: Food, Exercise and Self Care. I have made them a lifetime commitment and way of life now. I feel better, look better and my mental clarity is getting stronger. I so look forward to 2011. This will be my YEAR and I will then begin to focus on 5 areas!!!

Hi Valerie, Congratulations on your huge accomplishments and thanks so much for sharing them with us. 2011 sounds great to focus on your other areas: Career and Relationships. As we know, our long term goal is balance and happiness in all 5 areas.
