Dream Big: Part 3: Get Clear & Pick One

by Melanie Albert, Founder & CEO Experience Nutrition, Official Health & Wellness Partner NFL Alumni

As we continue our Dream Big Series, in honor of the Space Shuttle Atlantis, it’s time to get clear on your own personal Big Dream.

I invite you to take another few moments to sit quietly, light your candle, take a few long inhales and exhale through your mouth, now get ready to answer the next few questions.

  • What would you like to do with your life in the next 3 years that brings you joy and happiness? It could be with your relationships, your exercise, your eating, your own personal self care. Write whatever comes to your mind.

  • What would you like to do with your professional life or business in the next 3 year, that you have been thinking about over and over again that you have not yet accomplished? Write down all of your ideas.

  • What would you like to accomplish in the next 3 years, that you have not yet accomplished?  Be specific. Dream Big.
Now, breath…inhale and exhale..
  • Look back at all of your goals and “pick one” of your personal goals that is the most important to you and that will bring you the most happiness. Write it down.
  • Now, “pick one” business or professional goal that is most important to you? Which one do you really want to accomplish? Write this one down.
Reflect on your goals the next 24 hours. Tomorrow, we will post the next phase of the Dream Big Blog Series: Take Action

Melanie these are terrific exercises, and so important to life. It's only because of big dreams that great things happen. Thanks for leading us through these.
