Please Eat Good Fats!

by Melanie Albert, Nutrition Expert, Author, Founder & CEO, Experience Nutrition, Official Health & Wellness Partner NFL Alumni

This weekend I had a lot of  fun preparing and creating recipes for an interactive speaking engagement, “Simple Ways to Experience Good Fats” for the Marquette General Hospital Nutrition & Medicine Conference later this month.  It is such an honor to share my passion and nutrition education with the medical community.

This nutrition conference exciting, as I will be sharing the nutrition information, interactively teaching how to prepare the good fats, and my recipes will be cooked for the lunch for the 150 MDs/healthcare professionals attending the conference.
